Music Monday

Becca introduced me to the song "Home" by Edward Sharpe and The Magnetic Zeros last year in our great cd exchange. Here is the cutest cover of said song...ever.

Music Monday

It's the first snow of the year and the metro's finest are all over the streets. For the past two hours I have been regreting not going into the education field so that I too could enjoy a snow day, but a little Mark Miller and Sawyer Brown always make me feel better.

Happy snowy Monday!

Happy Jersey Shore Day!

My most embarassing guilty pleasure is back for round three. If you ever have a bad day and need to feel better about yourself, just watch these fools. I mean, Snooki, the little one with the hair poof, is walking next to the beach hammered drunk and is asking people where the beach is. That's just good entertainment, folks.

Music Monday

Welcome to the first Music Monday of 2011. There's no real special story here, just heard it this weekend whilst celebrating the new year with friends and wanted to post it on here.

It's thug life meets Scranton, PA, so if you don't like or get in trouble for using big boy language, listen at your own risk :)

There's no "I" in Redemption Photo

Actually there is and "I" look good.

Kidding! I kid. Sort of. You all know how I like to toot my own horn.

During Christmas Brian and I were able to take our redemption photo for Unfiltered Nonsense and we added another good-looking Garrett.

Enjoy.

Music Monday

Today's "Music Monday" doubles as a not-so-long distance dedication to my parents who would be celebrating their 45th wedding anniversary today.

I have multiple memories of Dad coming up behind Mom in the kitchen to give her a hug and singing the line "If I said you had a beautiful body would you hold it against me?"

Turbo embarrassing for a teenager, but super sweet when you consider there was still that kind of love 30+ years into a marriage.

Thanks Mom & Dad for being a living example of a faith-filled, loving and real love.
